Each morning, a classic breakfast is served in our newly renovated restaurant or on the charming terrace – prepared with care and local ingredients.
The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, while views over Hasle Harbour and the Baltic Sea quietly remind you that you are somewhere truly special on Bornholm.
A Refined Start at Restaurant Hotel Kysten
Every morning from 8:00–10:00, breakfast is served at Restaurant Hotel Kysten – in the restaurant or on the terrace in the heart of Hasle, overlooking the sea.
The breakfast buffet features freshly baked rolls, croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon, brunch sausages, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee.
For hotel guests, breakfast is included.
External guests are also welcome. We kindly ask you to reserve a table in advance.

The hotel’s restaurant and terrace provide a distinctive setting for lunch events for up to approximately 45 guests.
Menus and service are tailored to the occasion – whether for a private gathering, a business meeting or a smaller celebration.
The kitchen works with seasonal ingredients and selected Bornholm specialities.
All dishes are presented with a classic and considered expression, where attention to detail is key.

As the day draws to a close, the hotel’s restaurant can be reserved for private dinner events.
Here, you can enjoy a carefully prepared dinner set against a distinctive backdrop – the sunset over the Baltic Sea.
Both the restaurant and the terrace offer warm evening light and an atmosphere that lends itself naturally to memorable occasions.
