Meetings and events with accommodation
When an event spans more than one day, Hotel Kysten offers on-site accommodation. The hotel’s rooms are individually furnished in a classic style, allowing participants to stay together before, during and after the day’s programme.
Accommodation creates continuity, calm and a more cohesive meeting experience – without the need for transport or logistical changes.

Well-considered meeting spaces
The hotel’s restaurant and shared areas can be used for meetings, presentations and gatherings in small to medium-sized formats. The interiors are understated and functional, with good acoustics and natural light.
The focus remains on the content – supported by surroundings that encourage concentration and presence.
Lunch and dinner for business events
In connection with meetings and corporate events, lunch, breaks and dinner can be arranged by prior agreement. Catering is tailored to the nature of the event and the group, and forms an integrated part of the programme.
Hotel Kysten no longer operates a public lunch or evening restaurant. Meals are therefore offered exclusively as part of planned business events.

The terrace as a place for pause and perspective
The west-facing terrace is a natural extension of the meeting day. With views over Hasle Harbour, the red warehouses and the Baltic Sea, it offers space for breaks, informal conversations and new perspectives.
Especially later in the day, the terrace provides a welcome pause between professional sessions.
